Biography

Yun-kai Huang received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Southeast University, Nanjing, P.R.China, in 2001 and 2007, respectively.

He is currently a Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Southeast University. His research interests include design and control of PM machine and high speed brushless machine, applications in domestic appliances, electric vehicles, railway traction, all-electricships, more-electric aircraft, and wind power generation systems.
